Cancellation Policy

Introduction
At KL Consultants, we value our clients and aim to provide top-notch accounting services. To ensure smooth operations and respect for everyone’s time, we have established the following cancellation policy:
1. General Terms
1.1 This policy applies to all services provided by KL Consultants, including accounting, bookkeeping, tax preparation, financial analysis, and advisory services.
1.2 Please follow the procedures outlined in this policy for any cancellations.
2. Cancellation Notice
2.1 We kindly ask for at least 72 hours’ notice if you need to cancel a scheduled service.
2.2 Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost.
2.3 Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a fee of 100% of the service cost.
3. How to Cancel

4. Refunds

5. Exceptions
5.1 We understand that emergencies happen. Exceptions to the cancellation policy may be made at our discretion in cases of genuine emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.

6. No-Show Policy
6.1 Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged the full service fee.
6.2 Repeated no-shows may result in the termination of services.
7. Rescheduling
7.1 You may reschedule your appointment without penalty if done at least 72 hours in advance.
7.2 Rescheduling requests made less than 72 hours before the appointment will be treated as a cancellation and subject to the cancellation fees outlined above.
8. Policy Changes
8.1 KL Consultants reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes via email or our website.
