3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information necessary for the provision of services.

  • Timely submission of documents and information as requested by KL Consultants.

  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

4. Fees and Payment

  • Fees for services will be outlined in a separate agreement or invoice.

  • Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in the invoice.

5. Confidentiality

KL Consultants is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information. We will not disclose any information to third parties without the client’s consent, except as required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • KL Consultants will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

  • Our liability for any direct damages will be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

7. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.

  • Upon termination, the client will be responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.

8. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delhi, India.

9. Amendments

KL Consultants reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
